Since 1954
Ruth Kravetz is a co-founder of Community Voices for Public Education. She is a retired school administrator who taught math and chemistry to mostly low SES students in Houston ISD and overseas for over thirty years. She recently started teaching an hour per day to help students in the aftermath of the pandemic. Her children attended Houston ISD public schools.
